TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
- The guest can cancel free of charge* until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days of arrival (including no-show).
- Check-in & Check-out times:
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Check-out before 11:00 AM
- Getting into the property (detailed check-in instructions will be sent to your email a week before your arrival):
- Our property manager (Conroy at WhatsApp+1(767)6147709) will get in touch with you few days before your arrival. Please coordinate your Estimated Time of Arrival with him.
- He will meet you at the Villa.
- If you don’t see him upon arrival, please walk to front door of ground level unit (same level as road) and connect to our WiFi (password: redvelvet789) and WhatsApp call Conroy at +1(767)6147709. Alternatively, if you have a mobile network, you can WhatsApp call the mobile number above when you are on your way to the Villa.
- House rules (a hard copy is placed in every suite):
- Smoking in the suite is not allowed. Smoking at the balcony, terrace, or patio is allowed only if door and windows are closed. Please also be considerate of other guests.
- Pets are allowed only by request.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Penthouse Jacuzzi operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00PM
- Deck Jacuzzi operates from 5:00 PM to 9:00PM (and one-day advance request to property manager is required for preparation)
